American Football Vs. Real Football

For the years I have been in the U.S I have been listening to the same argument by many Americans.."Soccer is boring, why would you want to watch a game that finishes 0-0 or 1-1".
Today's NFL game between the Indianapolis Colts and Cleveland "Whatevers" finished for a Colts win 10-6. Now considering that a field goal counts for 7 points, if we do this in "soccer" math, then we have a game that finished 1.4 - 0.84 for the Colts. Way to go! Now take into consideration that an American Football game lasts for about 3.5 hours, 1.5 hours of which you watch commercials (if you are watching on TV) or cheerleaders if you are in the stadium (OK, that is worth it a bit), half an hour for half-time break, and another 1 hour until they decide which tactic to follow you pretty much watch about 30 minutes of action, 45 minutes maximum. Each play lasts on average 6 seconds and then there is another 30 seconds on average before the next play. Doesn't that make you want to take an adrenaline injection?
Oh btw, if you are interested, San Francisco - Bufallo final score is 10-3 or 1.4 - 0.4. Another full of action game.

Please tell me..

Why can I never find a REGULAR sized candy bar no matter how much I try? Why does Twix have to be Extra Large and Snickers has to be Super-Sized. I know that this is a consumer-oriented society but I don’t want to eat more than I want, I do not want to save it for later. I just want my REGULAR size chocolate.

Why are all candy bars in the U.S sweeter than Europe?

Why when I wait for that important call, my phone never rings?

Why when I try to take a nap my phone rings? (but it is not the important call)

Why on the U.S TV channels you can see disgusting scenes of surgeons performing surgery, you can see all sorts of crimes but yet they only censor boobs and thongs?

Why can’t people understand that Cyprus is an independent country, not a part of Greece no matter how many times I point that out?

Why do I have to decide what I want for Christmas at the end of October?

Why have I lost 8 lbs when I was in London this summer and I have gained 6lbs since I came back to the U.S?

Why are some people allowed to drive even though they are a public danger?

Why are all the good TV shows on Monday night and there is nothing good on TV on Tuesday?

Why does the Business school have more students than it should making it a real challenge to find a break-out study room?

Any answers to the above questions are greatly appreciated. Except the one about me gaining the weight I lost..
